Is anyone using Stessa for Bookkeeping/Accounting and Buildium for Property Management?

Don't know about anyone else, but I feel like my personal daily battle is between doing what is urgent and fuels my raging undiagnosed ADHD, or what is actually important.I've done a ton of work on this over the past almost 4 years, and still am nowhere that I think I need to be, but I'm at least getting to a level of awareness I don't think I ever had before and that is a win in my book.

But I can't seem to find any information about what are legal requirements for owners and property managers.

I started my investment journey when I took on a w-2 role working between property management, and tenant relations as a Community Coordinator for a 254-unit apartment community.

This is an important point and I have been in similar situations when we have moved into new counties (I am a PM so manage in about 8 different counties). 

Although management has always been the key to success or failure. 

This will be my first rental property and will be remotely managed.

Julian,You cannot get a mortgage brokers license without being a loan officer or in some cases a branch manager.
