Bienes Raices Will the banks accept a digital signature on addendum?
25 November 2015 | 12 replies
Up until now I've been printing the entire addendum, signing & initialing and then scanning the entire thing back into the computer to send back to the bank.I would gladly use a product like Cute PDF if I could scan and insert a single signature page, but the addendums I've seen also require you to initial every page and sign in multiple places, so that won't work.I was looking into the option of a digital signature and digital initials, but according to this article many banks won't accept those.

Chris Colvard Can you explain labels?
8 October 2011 | 5 replies
With labels, you can find people based on one or multiple markets they focus on, the various "occupations" they may have (eg. investors who are also commercial brokers), based on their experience, and so on.For example:I want to network with investors who operate in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets, who are landlords and who have flipped at least 3 homes, you can now do that on our FIND MEMBERS page using filters.Since the filters are brand new it will take a little bit for the data to get populated, but we will be adding new labels in the near future that will allow us to all better identify ourselves for potential partners and colleagues.I hope that helps.

Hard Money Lending and Apartment Ownership can both certainly do it.My concern is the combination that you are relatively new in REI, you are seeking high (and thus higher than average risk) returns and most dangerously, you seem to want it to be "automatic".
