It was already getting hot over here before COVID and now everyone likes amenities like quaint small towns, big back yards, and lots of nature close by. :-) For 2/3 the price of what you get in Seattle.

My market is also inflated prices currently, so it might be a year until I find a good deal and have adequate savings for purchase & rehab.
