I suspect our ability to get those terms will be somewhat limited going forward, as this loan already required extra review because the two LLC members on the note already had 4 properties between them and this was number five.

So its really not very practical or your not going to have much success if you just hone in on one property... you must follow 50 or more to get one. not that you could not get lucky and pre foreclosure takes the competition out of it.

Many reasons to wholesale but after trying to flip and wholesale, I am finding that the desire to flip more properties trumps my ability to wholesale flip deals.
