I am not in agreement with the look at identical properties.

But if there is logic there, I can at least talk to my people about that and explain it and we then know how to counter to what levers to pull to pull it together.  

Because on average, we can only remember three things at a time.

This enabled a seamless process and quick resale at top dollar.

That way if a lawsuit due to some kind of accident on a property happens, any judgement is limited just to that LLC and that property rather than putting your personal assets and other properties at risk.

The D.C. condo market is basically like a stock market after a major crash, there are many neighborhoods and buildings that simply were overvalued/market has changed and are arguably in some cases still overvalued however there are definitely some diamonds in the rough, I’ve even looked into buying, especially in areas with limited new apartments, abd limited row homes that possibly compete at all on price, so basically downtown and west of the park is where I’d look.
