I have learned and applied a lot of skills through these past few years and still continue to learn new things everyday.

Ultimately it was analyzing deals every day that helped me build the confidence to have a good feel for what a solid investment looks like.

Join REIAGC to be able to network with other like minded people and attend so many useful focus groups pretty much every day. 

Honestly, this is precisely the conundrum we face every day as entrepreneurs or landlords: the balance of being human and business rationality. 

Even if it's a small step, do something every day that moves you toward getting that first deal.

This was way to easy to do not to keep going, I am learning that these deals do not come up every day.

You need to take responsibility for your education and for hunting down leads.You have to work it like a job, which means you educate yourself on the different systems for finding leads and then you work it every day.

I was not even aware they were a Property and Casualty insurance Carrier, you learn something new every day! 

It’s been a few months but I think I have my ducks in a row, and I feel I have a bit more knowledge, still learning everyday as I soak up these message boards, forums, and the podcasts.

You will want to practice analyzing deals everyday, even if you don't plan to buy yet.
