You are the one interviewing them for how they can help you...Go directly to one of the schools that offer the pre-licensing courses, they will prepare you for the licensing tests and walk you through the process of getting your license.

The IRA or 401k can invest in its own deals, and the IRA account holder can administer investments - just not for their own benefit personally.The alternatives are an early distribution, which is not optimal.The ROBS program that was mentioned is an option that allows the use of prior retirement funds to capitalize a business.

My experience is that the free seminar will give you a few nuggets of info but is geared for the next seminar and then the boot camp and then the mentoring program.

You  should seriously consider the protection and cost savings of the Series LLC because it is cheaper than filing single LLC's and paying your CPA to prepare all of the returns (Series LLC has only one return, maximum).

As I listened to the forecast and frantically typed my notes, it occurred to me how many different types of people were in the room (we all had to do introductions - if you have a fear of public speaking I would suggest preparing something ahead of time for fear of passing out).
