I always enjoy meeting other local investors.

Direct owned real estate is not a passive endeavor...sure, it's about the return, but it's more about enjoying the hunt/process and that does not fit everyone's goals.

For me not a BIG deal I could do the install myself enjoy doing electrical work.

I enjoy my brokerage because everyone is doing big things.

Back yard - This one I worry about the least but some people want to enjoy company with friends outside and/or have a cookout.  

Running and managing these types of groups and events is a lot of work so it's not for the faint of heart but I really enjoyed it.Today, I still attend and speak at similar mastermind and meetup events large and small to connect with investors to raise capital, find deals, etc.It would be tough to say the cost is always worth it, but you don't know until you try.

Apologize for the delay, send them a $50 gift card to a local restaurant and tell them you hope they enjoy the new bathroom. 

I do really enjoy the hospitality aspect of STR and I do interior design for work, so the thought of furnishing for use buy others is enjoyable to me....What would you do in the current climate?!
