Listening to Bay Area radio this morning there was a spot by a Bay Area wholesaler.. one of his pitch's was tenant not paying no problem we will buy your home anyway.How many of you I wonder would buy a home with a non paying tenant in it .. how much would you expect to discount it.I suspect those willing to take those risks might get some pretty decent discounts to market ?

Hey the neighbor on one of my properties called this mornings and said he was having a fence guy come and move the fence 1.5 feet on to my property and showed me a survey that he had done.
