Hey Anthony, I am new here as well, so I am not the best source here. but from what videos I have seen from Brandon and I have read, the consensus seems to be to find a vertical to spend your time into like rentals, flipping, etc.

You aren't a flipper if you don't have a go-to agent on your team who will take high-end photos and video and do Matterport right now.
