@Ximei Yue,You mention that your job is demanding—do you think you’ll have the capacity to handle a time-intensive BRRRR project on top of that?

Last-minute trips are rare but can be avoided with a trusted local contact handling issues promptly.

Does tenant need to handle the small amount of landscaping outside of parking lot, for instance?  

I occasionally will get one and restore it as a labor of love, but they are all in very rough shape. 

I would love to keep it as a rental but at this time I think it would take too long for the rent values to increase enough to make sense Worst case scenario is I have to hold the home for an extended period if the market decreases short term.
