Sorry for the lecture but I can't help but remember all of my tenants are people and want to treat them fairly and give them nice places to live, while also making money.Just raise the rents, some will leave, some will stay, but you put the ball in their court. 

Remember you don't know these people, and you'll need that money if they don't pay their rent and you can always use it as leverage.3.

There is also a limit on how many primary residence mortgages one person can have, but I can't remember that number off the top of my head...perhaps it's 10?
