We had visited the property only a couple times over the last year (lesson learned), and it did not smell this way.  

Not sure where you're located Shivam but I live about 45 minutes from Evansville and visit there often.

I would try to find a market with solid fundamentals that is either near where you live, easy to travel to, or somewhere that you plan to visit anyway.
