I got the judgment, followed with the eviction, put lady on the street.

I have a lady recently went through a messy divorce with bad credit who is interested in my property.

The lady in the management company says that she told us about the fact that they do not rent furnished houses but what happened is that as soon as I went back to Venezuela, she had some people over to disassemble the beds and placed them in the garage without notifying us. 

I would be wary of anyone willing to rent without seeing the property and meeting me first, especially someone who is making an assumption like this lady.
