Digital ..yes...maybe tied to USD or Euro or Swiss Franc.....too many shams with BTC to make it legit.

If you're doing things right in real estate your return on investment is going to be WAY WAY WAY higher (like high double digits higher) than the interest you'd save by paying it off.  

You simply pay them the fee and they deliver it, usually digitally thee days. 

Its all online and you can even get digital signature via email if you need.

I prefer to keep as much as possible digital, because I tend to lose paper.
