@Stephen J DavisHey Stephen, I'm from Houston and looking to do my first few deals locally (then invest in Upstate NY where I am really interested).I've been having an internal dilemma with wholesaling and it's because I don't understand it but there is little sound info out there, I want to filter out the "Gurus" since they don't seem legit. My understanding of wholesaling is - finding an off-market, undervalue home through some type of marketing (DM, SOS, etc), - approaching the owner and asking to buy the property (undervalue) cash, - once I have the title under My name, I market the property for a profit and,- close (sell the title to a long term buyer)This will require me to pay closing costs when buying and selling. My questions, Is my definition above correct?
