When I searched this it appears the last list is 6 or 7 months old.I have been thinking of starting a coffee get together say every two or three weeks where people can bring deals, ideas or theories and discuss in a informal setting.

The owner took it back over, cleaned the park, re-built the houses and has year leases on all 8 homes.Demand appears to be continuing but I intend to try Jefferson Lilly's advertising for 30 days  (Podcast #111) to determine demand as part of my diligence.Thank you both again for your feedback; I would love to hear from you or others again.Have a GREAT holiday weekend!

Thanks Steve, so you are saying that many people have the need to feel connected to the house they are buying, and therefore they would forgo investing in some far out place despite higher returns on their money in those places.If so, what do you think about this, would a potential investor be attracted to a home due to its appearance aside from the ROI?
