I requested the info because I have just hired this PM and this is the first listing I have with them.

You could try talking to them and posting a notice to vacate as you now own the home, but I wouldn't go alone and I doubt they will leave.

I wouldn't buy one from scratch if you don't have the experience. especially in miami where it's one of the most expensive places for land in the country. the areas you are talking about can exceed more than 20 million an acre depending on height allowances  

that seems more vacation like.We are renting 8 to 9 rooms this house is very big it’s 7,500 sq ft with a finished basement so lots of room to fill we do plan to do some STR in between and no other listings offer these amenities so we hope to stand out

Are we talking about buying properties that already have an ADU or buying St.
