With that said, if you do remove it entirely be careful because that space may not be allowed by the zoning department in that area of the yard.

I’m a little short in the liquidity and experience department for this opportunity, just curious how that process worked so I can set some goals for the future.

@Trisha Letourneau They will probably send you to the street/highway department but in my town you would need a site plan review which would take a couple weeks.

It's a large 1/2 acre lot.When I called Newrez he took my info to give to the aquisition department but hung up, I was not complaining, told him I wanted to buy it.

@Sarah Moncivaiz septic systems in my area take 5-6 weeks with engineering, county health department, and permits.
