Purchase price: $33,000 Cash invested: $17,000 3 Acre plot of land currently being developed into (6) 1/2 acre lots for mobile home/ RV park to include tiny homes for long term rentals & Air B&B.

It is currently unfurnished...is it better to furnish it and rent it out as an air bnb type property or am I better off just finding a long term tenant so I do not have to deal with short term rental issues.

Hey there Scott,I do like north Atlanta a lot, especially along the 400 corridor, but I wouldn't recommend Forsyth for Air BNB.

Air B & B possible in some NJ areas.

For many people in NYC, the Air BnB model offers a significant opportunity within the framework of your primary residence - for example, if you live in a 1 bedroom apartment right now, possibly get a 2 bedroom and configure it for guests to stay while insuring your privacy.

The property has a great 20 year track record using air b&b and other sites and my aunt is selling it to me.
