I can't speak specifically about this program but more generally I would caution you not to not pay a premium to acquire section 8 properties from a  turn key provider.

The trades didn't pay as well back then so after high school I got an associate of liberal arts ( auto repair ase certification) then continued learn in ng took hydraulic system repair and building pumps included and until an injury in2003 was a journey iron working doing structural installing commercial doors where they originally were not designed to be .always running my own side home repair business and taking any chance to learn anything new or a better way to do things because I feel if you aren't moving forward you are  stagnating .I wanted to just say thank you for accepting me and I am grateful for any and all recommendations,tips or critiques as I strive to become the best version of myself I can .

The major problems are that with assets that are not valued by a market on a daily basis the valuation is a guess at best, so new investors never really know if the value quoted for their investment is accurate, and any investment below net asset value dilutes previous investor equity.

After the tariffs all other side hustles became undoable so everyone is thinking about real estate now which is logic tbf so the market is getting really saturated with wholesaler's but keep in mind not all wholesaler's succeed because of some lack of knowledge you to understand the game from all aspects and you'll be flying if you need any help don't hesitate to reach out to me!
