What happens if within the first 60 days you have to replace a hot water tank, HVAC system, and have a major plumbing issue where the entire house plumbing lines have to be replaced and you're out $20K+...

Each piece is about 8x36 so if by chance a piece were ever ruined we could replace only that one piece.

Mobile Homes are in decent shape for their age and have already checked with county on replacements which is okay as long as they're done within 60 days of removal. 

It typically costs less to insure large old homes with an actual cash value policy instead of a replacement cost policy because replacement cost might be astonomical.
