(1) Ask for a pre-approval letter of some sort from their commercial lender?

@Connor Wohlenhaus I'd recommend looking up the terms and service you signed up for and see if you are even entitled to a refund. 

Added a new cistern for water and added a shop bathroom in addition to completing the apartment.

Later that evening the same issue happened again...time to call a professional.  

My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

The reason it is harder to get a mortgage on a primary home vs investment property is a federal law called "ability to repay" or ATR.
