I've talked to the 3rd local credit union in 3 days and today's was the most promising so far.

Only one person has reached out to me and said I can start in commercial. is it fake or scam am?

I had a recent dealing with a resident who was happy to move being promised 100% of the deposit back.

Your realtor’s trying to protect themselves (and to a lesser extent you) from getting a reputation for making “fake offers” with no intent/ability  to close.
