Not saying Bruce Norris' bootcamp wasn't worth it, but I'm glad I read the beginner's guide because it explained to me how I can get started without having to fork over a lump sum of money that I need since I'm separating from the Navy soon.

Simply Go Speak With The Tenants And Explain That The Property Was Foreclosed Upon & You Need To See A Copy Of Their Rental Contract In Order To Decide If You Will Be Willing To Continue To Rent To Them Or Not.

As for pictures, once houses have closed escrow, many MLS listings no longer give the agents access to the pics (not sure why) If you need several comps done, explain that to the agent, and ask what their policy is, they may charge after a certain threshold, but once you prove yourself as a buyer, I'm sure that would end.

BUT I like to sit down and have a beer with them and counsel them and explain why it is better for THEM if they move out, I tell them ïf they get out in X (3 for one who was doing drugs and 7 for the one not paying rent) amount of days I will forgive them of the debt and we can all still be friends...
