It is not uncommon for a seller in general to request cross qualification but if it makes you uncomfortable you can always walk away or ask for more info.

yeah i dont mind moving to PA or NC in order to HH then rise and repeat. i just want to give my own market one last review before i for good cross it out. lower value homes may not be low in comparison to a 600k duplex with 12k taxes per year, a 425k home in NC or PA is high for the area with lower taxes which is all comes down to is the taxes in order to make future cash flow possible. how would i find agents who are also investors here in BP?
