I have been reading numerous articles and what I have discovered is to hire a title company to have them move the deed to my LLC.

That was the plan for this year, but all of a sudden we discovered around month 2 money became valuable again.  

A servicer MUST enforce the DOS upon discovering the transfer after a 30 day cure window has expired.

Someone else touched on it, but the folks who are happy to use me and never ask about my commission, are the ones that go straight to the top of my list when it comes to off market or other deals I discover myself that others don't have access to.
