In this industry, people keep their leads a secret and I can't really blame them.

The Sub 2 industry is just as bad.

My structure is a little different than other coworking spaces because we can charge a lot less than the industry norm.

Tell us the truth.If we all spent more time being honest and transparent about what we've done, what we are doing, and why we are we doing it, this industry would be a lot easier for everyone, especially newer investors.Let me know your take below.

I do not know yet if I'll be good at it (how can anyone know unless they try).I don't know any one in the industry - yet.

Not much industry.  

Just make sure you don't deal with the wrong people and don't get taken advantage of.As to management, you can either self-manage or there's a whole industry of people who'll do that for you.

I would say commercial RE was on the up when i was younger, but is it worth it to put hard earned dollars into a declining industry?
