I very much prefer buy and holds for the juicy cash flow that will help support financial freedom.

Without all of the great ideas, I would be nowhere closer to passive income and financial freedom!

Do you have any freedom on the closing date?

My ultimate goal is to invest in large multifamily apartments and then either continue to house hack and obtain financial freedom or buy a comfortable single family home for my family.I see a lot of success stories from people around my age and would love to hear some anecdotal advice.Thanks!

I'm in healthcare and have about a 120k a year FT job, a wife and two kids under 8.  

I have a subsidized family obamacare plan that has the following deductibles:$2450 per member$4900 per family My health care plan does not offer an HSA with this account, but it would appear based on the current definitions of a HDHP (high deductible health plan) that I do qualify.

Anyway, I'm 21 and trying to figure out how I can have more financial freedom.

I can't thank bigger pockets enough for helping me get to this point and take a massive step towards financial freedom.
