Hey guys, what has been you’re experience in getting multiple investors involved in purchasing an apartment?

So my question is since this is my first time doing this type of transaction; what are the risk involved?

If a dual agency is going to be established, it needs to be disclosed to all parties involved, and each party would need to agree in writing to the new relationship, and limitations that come with it.When you are dealing with a Realtor of integrity, none of these situations present issues. 

With respect to paying for expenses in connection with real estate owned by the IRA, not only do these expenses need to be paid with funds from the self-directed IRA,  existing assets that you personally own or through your business or a business of a disqualified party cannot be sold to the IRA to improve the property.

Neighborhood isn’t the best but still decent and improving.

If there is a bank loan involved then no. 

C class areas can see up to 5 weeks but that can be drastically improved if you play your cards right.

$71,000 in improvements for a $400 rent increase doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
