I'm looking for individual who owns an all cash business, such as a washateria, car wash, or dry cleaners.

Along side my normal job I have been doing some work on families properties that are were getting ready to up for sale, and another for new renters.

Just a car payment (which  used a Loan for to establish credit which may have been a mistake) and everyday things such as cellular bills.Since one podcast encouraged to reach out to older experienced investors on these forums.

I could also use this house as a rental, PITI is lower than some luxury car payments and rent for smaller homes in the area go for $2,000 to $2,500 per month.

I always tell my guys if someone tries to rob you, help them to the car with whatever they need.

We have been fairly reasonable in accomodating normal repair/maintenace requests.

They've been upgrading units as they've become vacant, which has reduced the monthly cash flow temporarily with expectations for greater cash flow in the future.The partners are all retired so they are starting to miss the normal amount of income.  

Do you have a spare car your not using, a collection that your not interested in or equity in your car or house?

That would be fairly normal.  

This car is a tool to make my job easier.
