Classes are lesser used in the SFR product type because people tend to use more common descriptions such as "good neighborhood", "bad neighborhood", or even worse, just "hood".Age doesn't work well in SFR because it's quite possible to have a 100 year old historic home in the very ritziest part of town.  

I'm working the numbers and analyzing the demand for this type of product at the $3-500k price points.

They are designed to get you excited so you want to buy more training or products or both from them at a higher price point. 

There's only two real solutions to cat urine issues, especially that bad - seal it in or remove the products.

My guess is that this is simply a company that is willing to meet the $5,000, $6,000 or $10,000 price tag for delivering a buyer so they get promoted  You are the real product in this transaction, not the house.Now, I do not know how many houses each referral company out there owns with each vendor, if any, they are pushing.
