You just want to know your numbers.Also while there is no guarantee and it will depend on your upkeep and updates to the property, but rents tend to go up over time. 

Developer (new to construction) plan to build 5 homes, they have city approvals and permits, with groundwork in-progress and will be ready for foundation/slab work in 2 weeks.
