Hi everyone, I am looking to see if anyone has recommendations for a contractor in the metro Detroit area that can replace wood trim on the out site of a house.

Parcel B is the remaining land with mature woods and a lake with a 3/2 home,  two other homesites with utilities and probably $150k in farming equipment.

The insurance co. only approved payment to repair two slopes with damage but the contractor states the whole roof needs to be replaced due to existing gaps in the wood planks requiring the installation of new decking and underpayment according to manufacturer specs.

I've always installed light oak to midtone natural wood in my kitchens, but it has gotten almost impossible to find in the import cabinets.
