As the time has passed this is part of your maintenance cost on the property so I won't recommend to stress out and figure out the best solutions to resolve the problem.It is very likely that closing the vents to the crawling space could be one of the causes to the growing problem.I recommend you to get a mold restoration company to review and give you a quote.

I've additionally reached out to those in my network for feedback and came up with this proof of concept for helping deal finders share investment opportunities with potential equity partners clearly:https://crowdfundme-demo.netlify.app/I developed the site in under 24 hours using demo data and did my best to combine the feedback from both @Chris Seveney and @Mike Grudzien: I focus on numbers and analysis (you can see that in the "Village at Grants Mill" example) and I enable potential equity partners to easily get in contact with the deal finders.It's a simple proof of concept site, but I'd be interested to see if this helps to bring value.
