You need an HVAC technician to look at this, not some strangers on the internet that don't know your local codes and that haven't seen the space.It's possible to set this up as long as the furnaces have enough air and are vented properly.

I think the best way to get started is by doing what you’re already doing which is utilizing the internet and then just jumping in.
