In my case, the Point of Connection of a sewer pipe is 12" below grade and I need +24" to get the proper slope for water to run, I had to modify below sink and install a pump so when they run water, the pump pushes it, I ran my pipe at 0 slope.

That sounds like a pretty heavy purchase amount if they're turn key but you'd likely be pushing up to $10,000/month or so in cashflow if they all hit good numbers.

Well, at least properly imagine your circumstances, desires, and lifestyle if you had that kind of $$$...ONe of my business partners sold his Garbage company to Waste management and got a check about 6X than this.. and thats what he did .and he would just have the best time at cocktail parties when he would talk to a stock broker and they would ask what his return was. ( he was setting them up LOL) they would say the same thing shoot we can do way better than that.

What I just found out a few weeks ago is that they cut corners on the new roof - the backside has been bumped out, so now its only a flat 3 pitch, which makes it shed water not very well, and without ice and water shield underneeth the wind is pushing water up between the shingles and I have wet drywall and wet insulation in a house that is occupied.
