Thank you for every ones inputYeah, I think I'm going to go ahead and try to purchase as an InvestorSince I'm wanting to Flip the house, I figured that a bit more patience on my end will be well worth it vs buying as an O.O. and only having to put 5% down for the 10% down, that is required if you purchase as an investorCan someone please clarify how a Renovation loan via a HomePath property works.....

Situation:Client has the home, hired a architect, have the permits but now the budgets are way over the architects estimates.Outcome:Not sure need opinions.Generally we work with the owners ahead of time to review designs and plan out rough estimates, so that there is some type of realistic idea for cost.since they (the Owners) were referred to us by a acquaintance I feel obligated to Help.

This is not a problem if they keep the same criteria for both sides and not just favor one.I am sure being that the game was played in Brazil would have put a lot of pressure on him and sway his decisions in favor of the home team@Ronald Cvetkovic 1) No penalty on Fred2) Olic clearly jumped for the header and the keeper was to slow and incompetent3) Neymar did not look at the ball and went straight with his elbow into the opponent.
