In Austin we have two famous REI networking club (RENC andAREI & ME ) , I know to join this club will bring good benefit for networking, but i don't want to spend money to join 2 clubs if the members/player are the same, and if they always promoting their products,Is there anyone join with these club :Austin RENC or AREI & ME Give feedback about these club in Austin, do they always update with the current market, or always selling their products ?

If you learn everything about business, and you decide to work for someone, you will get more promoted like crazy, no matter how many degrees people above you have.

looking for thoughts on the following:i have an opportunity to get premium phone/cable service (i.e. all the bells and whistles) for a multi-family rental unit at a promotional rate. it seems that if i split the cost of the normal rate (rate that will be charged after a year) among the units of the property each unit would be paying a low cost for premium cable/phone that i am pretty sure tenants would otherwise not even consider purchasing (because of the outrageous costs). this would be a way to make a few extra bucks a month, and i would offer it as an option rather than build it into the lease (as rent including cable/phone service).

A friend just bought a walker that was billed at 126 bucks, I wouldn't have paid 26 bucks for that cheaply made piece of junk, I've seen better wheels on baby strollers and luggage!

They do not get in trouble for taking a piece of dirt and putting up photos of what that piece of dirt will look like after the house is built.

Also - last piece of advice - major is something you love or will lead to something you love. :)
