I am looking for recommendations on the best way to build a website for the purpose of obtaining private money for my real estate business.

I've only been able to access this through the website and not on the smartphone app.

If you are having trouble determining it on the counties website by address search most counties have a gis map tool you can use.

I think there's a list on the county website, but I'd probably have to write some scripts to scrape the data (it's not in a user-friendly format) and jump through a lot of hoops to get it myself. 

This tool is neat because not only it allows you to manage your listings across multiple channels (like VRBO and Booking.com), but it also automatically creates a really pretty direct booking website that will connect with Stripe and allow you to process direct bookings. 

And a sponsor that they love might appear to be an insane choice to me.It is very easy to find hundreds of potential sponsors on this website as well as on real estate crowdfunding sites.

So far all I have is the purchased domain name and a finished website.

This is my first post on this site but I remember Brandon saying in one of his podcast that if I had questions that this was a good place to ask them so figured I'd give it a try, anyways I was wondering if there are any good websites I could use that'd help me to somewhat get a basic understanding of certain areas such as finding out what type of housing is popular in your area, or if there's lot of job opportunities in said area etc...

I’ve never heard of that company before, but I can tell you after looking at their website that they are not legit.There are a bunch of red flags.
