Hi all, I've been developing some techniques to quickly build a comprehensive set of leads for specific categories of commercial properties anywhere in the US and wanted to connect with some commercial real estate investors to get some feedback on whether they would find this valuable.

We had a lake house job recently whereby the owner insisted he purged/drained the lines then blew them out with air.

They'll still need to underwrite the loan when you find a specific house, but that's about all there is to it.
