I'd LOVE to see articles similar to this for further motivation and idea generation.I suppose I'm tired of seeing the same articles that provide general advice about saving, building a portfolio, the 5 steps to quit your job, the 6 steps to become a real estate investor, the 7 steps to wholesale your first deal, how to raise private money, etc. etc.
