I'd LOVE to see articles similar to this for further motivation and idea generation.I suppose I'm tired of seeing the same articles that provide general advice about saving, building a portfolio, the 5 steps to quit your job, the 6 steps to become a real estate investor, the 7 steps to wholesale your first deal, how to raise private money, etc. etc.

I get just so tired of all the people giving advice when they themselves don't have it remotely figured out yet.ARV= $183KWe offered $11KNeighbor offered her $40KShe took our offer...And had to bring $70K to the closing table to square remaining mortgage.If you don't get how this is even possible... now you know what your problem is...
