On the move out date, you will be responsible for providing movers who will transport the tenant's property from the unit to the tree lawn.

I would also look into landscaping - well kept lawn, clean walkaways,etc; will improve the curb appeal of your property.

They are also addressing any maintenance issues like snow removal or lawn care, along w making sure unit is secure.

There's pretty much no way around it -- after keeping interest rates artificially low for so long, all assets are now incorrectly priced, and everything breaks down when interest rates rise.
