We use the same MLS software and last night I got the same thing.I have several saved searches/auto emails setup so I can know when certain things come on and off the market and last night the system deactivated every search I had because it responded with more than 400+ listings for each search all at once; which I guess is too much for the system to handle.I went back in this morning and manually checked and reset it, wasn't legit.

I would like to work towards finding an area to invest where I can buy home homes in that 50K and under range for buy and holds.Prefer a 100K or higher population as I do enjoy having some entertainment and activities.I have been googling and looking around quite a bit to get ideas.I know this is vague, but it is the beginning of a long search.

@Wade - I want to agree with you - I know what I want, I have the language, etc.If I have in my offer the requirement for a a solid inspection plan, I get the official numbers and tax forms, I have a title search and insurance, and leases and estoppels, AND have a nice OUT clause if I don't like what I see, I just don't see what I have to have an attorney write all that up?

If you search a zip code it will provide common facts in the area I.E. crime, median house list & sale price, the % break down of rental and owner property, etc.
