Hi BP community, I was wondering if anyone could advise me on how critical is it for a property to be inspected prior to closing that requires complete renovation regardless (the property is a complete shell and currently not even close to living condition).

I would only be saving $720/year for CapEx, so if I got unlucky and had to deal with a large capital expenditure, it'd eat up my cash flow.However, as far as I know the property is in very good condition.

I have a few banks in the area I can acquire financing through, and I plan on putting at least 20% down and keeping at least $10,000 in an account for any repairs on park owned properties that might happen early (all trailers have had substantial work in the last 3 years, all in average - good condition)Does anyone have anything they would recommend I look into?
