If so, I would begin by reading the many posts here on BP, reading books that are recommended, join a REI club, and eventually you will gravitate toward the niche you feel most comfortable and qualified for.

The whole transaction is handled by a title company, and they do the recording.There's typically also a promissory note and that is not recorded.

I know leverage is the key to making money, but my other goals in buying investment property are:1) minimize transaction costs2) being able to close quickly to get preference when buying REO's.Currently own my house free and clear.
