I have never had a lease challenged for plain language, but suppose it might come up in an eviction hearing if the tenant is represented by a free legal aid attorney. 

BRRRRs are more challenging but great once you get them going.

For now, it seems it's still maybe too new to rely on, for me to sign up.

On the other hand, you are still financially on the hook for the mortgage AND the people that are attracted to seller financing are more likely to be ones with challenged credit and likely to default. 

You can also make your place more trouble-free by fixing things up front that are most likely to break (new light fixtures, light bulbs, door locks, etc.).

I paid $70k for a new metal roof (big house, near the ocean) this month. 

We will also be jackhammering the floor inside the closet on the right apartment next to the bathroom to reattach the upstairs drain line. will install new schedule 40 pvc and reconnect the upstairs drain lines into the new truck line.
