Do you have experience with STR? 

They always say in the letter they send about the transfer not to worry, all the payment info will transfer automatically but then they have issues processing payments on their end and it’s always difficult getting through to anyone who knows how to resolve the issue on their end.

Where is the benefit to the end buyer here?

I was hoping to connect will someone with some event venue experience.

Its not my account, its not my SSN and its not my money up and until the end of that tenants occupancy and the funds revert to them or to the landlord for damages. 

I've read mixed reviews on host experiences with VRBO and Booking.com, so I've been hesistant to list there.Currently, using PriceLabs and tweaking/ analyzing pricing a few times a week.Honestly, my photos are not the greatest yet, but it is a high priority for me to get professional photos soon.
