Your first deal was with a VA loan which is notoriously hard to work with on the north side of the city.

When my wife and I first started we aligned with the local neighborhood realtors, our first property was a huge struggle. 

The monthly fees are not as outrageous as they appear to be…Buyers tend to have “sticker shock” at first, but once they understand what all is included and Covered in that monthly cost, it’s way more palatable.

We have one in the PF city limits, two just outside the city limits (Sevierville) and the 4th in Wears Valley.When we started several years ago, we were 80/20 across the first 3 cabins VRBO to AirBnb.

I am eager to find my first deal and get started.
