A few tips..You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box.

Must be a Double Wide, Must be on a permanent foundation (Not on axles), Cannot be moved from another location, HUD Tag present, Must be built after June 15th 1976 (most banks/lenders will require not older than 20 years), Cannot have more than one MH or SFR on one parcel. 

I’m hoping to get a higher rate once I switch to Batch Skip Tracing.I guess they found a way to certify customer calls in the Shaken/Stir protocol at the highest possible trust value - virtually eliminating all spam tagging and call blocking.Wondering if that’s what they did.

Then when you tag each income and expense transaction with a customer, you can generate P&L's and Statements of Cash Flow by customer and/or sub-customer.
